What material is the cover made from?

Our covers are made from artificial leather (polyurethrane) leatherette. Feels and is just like real leather!

Are they airbag compatible?

Yes! All covers are completely airbag compatible!

Will it be water-proof/Fire-proof

Yes the covers are completely water and fire proof.

Will it be dust and dirt resistant?

Yes! the covers are dirt and stain resistant and are very easy to clean.

How can I keep my covers clean?

To clean them, simply use an car interior polish such as sheen. 

You can clean any stains or spillages with fairy liquid and water!

What colours and designs do you offer?

We do most colours and designs such as diamond stiches as well as logos and pipping, just get in contact with us for more information.

Do you provide warranty?

We provide 1 Year Warranty with all our products! 

Will the covers pass PCO?

Yes! the covers will easily pass PCO testing!

How do I place an order?

You can place a stock order online or by getting in contact with us.

For Customised Orders you will need to get in contact with us with your order though the customize page or through the contact page.

Can I pick up stock orders?

You can pick up stock orders placed online at our branch, Just place your order and specify that you want to pick up at store! we will then get in touch with you as soon as possible with a Pick up appointment.

What information do I need to provide to make an order?

In order to process your order we require the following information:
  • Your car make and model, Year of the car, seat configuration including armrest, rear folding seats, isofix         and total headrest.
  • Your shipping, order information & billing address.
  • Phone number & email address for order confirmation and invoice.
  • Payment method – please provide a credit card number to complete your order.

What are your shipping & handling charges?

Shipping charges vary based on your location and the products you have purchased. For an accurate estimate of shipping charges please get in contact with us here. 

Do you provide fitting services?

We provide fitting services at our store for an extra charge depending on the car! 

If you have placed a stock order and would like fitting services just get in contact with us and we will set it up!

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! Our address is 4 Chingford road, E17 4PJ.

When will my order ship and how long will it take to arrive?

All in-stock orders will be shipped as soon as possible after confirming your details. Stock orders will typically take 4 days to arrive while custom orders typically take around 15 days.

Why hasn’t my shipment arrived? How can I track my orders?

We provide tracking information with all our orders. Many reasons can cause shipments delay such as traffic or bad weather. Check the status of your shipment using your tracking number.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to UK, America and Europe.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept credit card, paypal, bank transfer or cash in store as forms of payments. 

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard only.

Do you require deposit on custom orders?

Yes we require an initial deposit of £50.

What is your refund and return policy?

Refund or replacement for stock orders will be granted for 14 days as long as they are unused. No refund policy for Custom orders, however Faulty products will be replaced! We will do our best to help you, just get in contact with us!

Can I return the product?

No return policy for customized orders unless sizes or fitting is wrong. In this case the product will be replaced. 14-Day refund policy for ununsed products.

Do you provide fitting services?

Yes we do.
Where do I need to go to get my covers fitted?

Once you place an order and request fitting services, we will get in contact with you and give you a location!

Can I fit myself?

Yes of course! If you would like to fit yourself, we will send you the cover along with a video on how to fit!
